The current production website's (sir102.org) Drupal theme is Professional responsive theme 7.x-1.0

Responsive Themes

A "responsive" theme is one which the theme's CSS has been set up to determine the size of the authenticated user's display and adjust the display accordingly. For example, if one views the production website using a smartphone, the home page will be presented in a single column format rather than the three columns used in a larger display, e.g. desktop computers and most laptops.
